How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 79727 26805) or email thenxtstep.co@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect [PLACEHOLDER: on the day we receive it / at the end of the current paid period]. We confirm it in writing.
Monthly plan
Cancel any time. There is no refund for the month already started, and nothing is charged after it.
Yearly prepay

Setup and website fee
- Refunded in full before work starts.

- Not refundable after you approve the design.
- Domain registration fees paid to a registrar are not refundable.
Your data after cancellation
For 30 days after cancellation the software stays read-only: you can sign in, view your data and download your full export. After 30 days your data and uploaded files are deleted and cannot be recovered, except [PLACEHOLDER: what must be kept by law after deletion (lawyer to confirm)]. Keep your own copy of your bills for tax purposes.
